By participating in the Amazing Grass® & American Farmland Trust 2018 Donation Campaign (“Donation Campaign”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Grass Advantage, LLC (“Promoter”), which are binding and final on matters relating to this Donation Campaign.
CHARITABLE PURPOSE: Grass Advantage seeks to donate funds to support the mission of American Farmland Trust to save the land that sustains us by protecting farmland, promoting sound farming practices and keeping farmers on the land.

CAMPAIGN TERMS: The Donation Campaign begins on March 1, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Donation Campaign Period”). During the Donation Campaign Period, Grass Advantage will donate up to $50,000 to American Farmland Trust, as follows:
For each text message to 54815 with the keyword “ilovefarmers” received during the Donation Campaign Period, Grass Advantage will donate $1 to American Farmland Trust, up to $25,000.
For each tub of Protein & Kale purchased during the Donation Campaign Period, Grass Advantage will donate $1, up to $25,000.
General Conditions: The Donation Campaign is governed by the laws of the United States. Grass Advantage, LLC, American Farmland Trust and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Donation Campaign; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the donation process or the Donation Campaign; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Donation Campaign or the processing of donations; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Donation Campaign.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS DONATION CAMPAIGN, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OF DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS DONATION CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE INTERNET SITE AMAZINGGRASS.COM/ILOVEFARMERS OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EACH PARTICIPANT, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DONATION CAMPAIGN, GRANTS THE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR DESIGNEES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH PARTICIPANT’S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Donation Campaign, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
